Our client, a well-known group know for well executed food & service in a beautiful space is looking for a dynamic Restaurant Manager for their concept. They offer an upscale experience with fine dining service, craft cocktails, and an amazing escape!

 

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

  • The restaurant Manager is responsible for operating the restaurant efficiently within pre-established cost controls.
  • Accountable for maintaining the department in accordance with Health Department standards.
  • Manage all business aspects of the lounge; keeping liquor licenses and certifications current, negotiating supplier contracts, cycle counting inventory and reordering, managing budgets, and monitoring lounge margins and profitability.
  • Hiring and training staff to provide excellent service to members.
  • Scheduling staff, resolving scheduling conflicts, and ensuring the lounge and restaurant are staffed appropriately during peak hours..
  • Develop, oversee, and manage daily operations of the bar and beverage program and keep up with trends
  • Responsible for the highest standards in guest service
  • Collaborate with the culinary lead and work closely with the owners

 Restaurant Manager Requirements:

  • 3+ years in a restaurant management role for a full-service restaurant, high-end concepts
  • Strong knowledge base in spirits, liquors, and craft cocktails
  • Strong leadership skills and a high level of professionalism
  • Experience with new restaurant or concept openings is ideal
