Assistant General Manager Rewards

  • Starting salary range of $65,000 to $72,000 based on experience
  • Performance-based bonuses

Assistant General Manager Requirements

  • At least three years of salaried management experience in high-volume, upscale casual dining
  • A guest-focused mindset and people-first mentality
  • A love of food and cocktails as well as a passion for hospitality
  • The desire to grow your career, yourself, and your restaurant
