About Us:

Do you live the healthy lifestyle? We are a fresh, fast-casual concept in search of our next key leader for our growing restaurant group. Based out of Florida, we have aspirations to continue expanding in major markets across the state. This position is in charge of the entire store's performance and needs also to have a BOH experience.

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and motivate team members
  • Oversee all restaurant operations, including managing inventory, ensuring food quality, and maintaining cleanliness to standards
  • Consistently delivering superb customer service, addressing any customer concerns
  • Manage the restaurant's budget, control costs, and maximize profitability
