Assistant Bakery Manager Responsibilities:

  • Hands on baking with the team
  • Partners with Bakery Manager in P&L management and inventory control
  • Coach and develop other team members
  • Build genuine guest connections
  • Demonstrates an intense drive and commitment to excellence and a passion to succeed

Assistant Bakery Manager Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in high volume Upscale Restaurant or Food Retail concepts preferred of at least 3 million
  • Charismatic leader
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required in a bakery setting
