Restaurant Human Resources Manager Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring employees follow all policies and procedures
  • Understanding of employment laws, develop policies, and ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations
  • Supervising all HR activities, communications, reports, requests and documents created and received by the team
  • Being able to collaborate effectively with your team, overseeing the talent acquisition team when it comes to onboarding and the interviewing process.
