Our client is an investment company that is actively expanding their restaurant businesses. They are looking for a Korean-speaking Sr. Manager – Financial Planning to support their growth. This is an onsite position.

Sr. Manager – Financial Planning – Restaurants Benefits:

  • Base salary of $110 -140k
  • Comprehensive benefits package

Sr. Manager – Financial Planning – Restaurants responsibilities:

  • Develop annual budgets and financial plans considering seasonality, marketing, and new store openings.
  • Create models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability.
  • Evaluate potential new restaurant locations based on factors like demographics, competition, and traffic patterns.
  • Support the evaluation and development of franchise partnerships, analyzing financial projections and potential risks.
  • Monitor and report on performance against budgets, analyzing variances.
  • Optimize food, beverage and labor costs and scheduling.
  • Analyze menu pricing for profitability.
  • Assist Procurement in supplier negotiations.
  • Analyze KPIs and operational data for insights.
  • Support restaurant managers with data-driven insights.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and financial regulations specific to the food and beverage industry.

Sr. Manager – Financial Planning – Restaurants Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years of demonstrated success in restaurant-specific FP&A, with a strong track record of contributing to profitability and growth.
  • Direct involvement in executing restaurant industry mergers and acquisitions (M&A) deals.
  • Must be able to speak, read and write in Korean
