Director of Customer Relations and Logistics Responsibilities:

  • Utilize data collection to manage the budget process
  • Develop and analyze metrics to measure performance as well as analyze customer feedback
  • Develop and implement QA/QC responsibilities with Senior Leadership Team in FO&M
  • Implement and maintain a communication plan for customers
  • Develop, review and update Service Level Agreements, maintenance schedules, and inventory processes,
  • Demonstrates a commitment to diversity, inclusion, and cultural awareness through actions, interactions, and communications with others

Director of Customer Relations and Logistics Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 15+ years of experience in customer service, resource management and data analytics
  • 10+ years of facilities management and supervisory experience
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse College constituencies
  • Knowledge of building construction and maintenance practices
