A Corporate Director of Revenue is needed for this local hospitality-based group. Have you been successful in identifying and maximizing revenue opportunities for boutique hotel properties? Must be current Revenue Director at a luxury or boutique brand and willing to relocate to the Southwest.

Corporate Director of Revenue Responsibilities

  • Improvement of RevPAR across the brand
  • Drive implementation of pricing strategies, yield strategies, selling strategies, and revenue management best practices
  • Use critical thinking skills to investigate changes in demand pace production and channel/source contribution to anticipate a response and ensure communication of critical information
  • Set manage and collaborate with GM/DOS to input appropriate yield controls to maximize each hotel's revenue from all distribution channels

Corporate Director of Revenue Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Marketing, or a related field
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office Products with a prerequisite in Excel formulating and reporting
  • Understanding of general hotel operations and the philosophy of yield management
  • Must be able to work with and understand financial information and data and basic arithmetic functions
  • Must have the ability to assimilate complex information data etc.
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to travel to hotel locations
