**This role is located in Zarqa, Zarqa, Jordan**

Head Brewer | Brewmaster Benefits:

Head Brewer | Brewmaster Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Head Brewer or Brewmaster
  • 8+ years of experience with Food Science
  • Knowlegeable in recipe development, ingredient selection, brewing techniques, team management
  • Strong understanding of fermentation management, beer aging techniques
  • Experience in Quality Control measures, including sensory evaluation, laboratory testing
  • Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS) and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for consistent beer production.
  • A bachelor's degree in brewing science, fermentation science, food science, or a related field is typically preferred. Professional certifications such as the Institute of Brewing and Distilling (IBD) qualifications or the Brewers Association's Beer Server Certification can also be advantageous.
