Executive Chef Responsibility:

  • Lead and inspire the kitchen team, fostering a culture of creativity, excellence, and teamwork.
  • Oversee all aspects of food preparation, ensuring the highest quality and consistency.
  • Manage food costs, inventory, and ordering to optimize profitability.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and local producers to source the freshest, highest-quality ingredients.
  • Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and mentor kitchen staff, promoting their growth and culinary skills.
  • Create daily specials and seasonal menus that captivate our guests.
  • Strive for excellence in plating and presentation, elevating the overall dining experience.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and sustainability in the kitchen.

Executive Chef Qualifications:

  • Culinary degree or equivalent education and experience preferred.
  • 2-3 years experience as an Executive Chef.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Creativity and passion for culinary excellence.
  • Ability to adapt to changing culinary trends and guest preferences.
  • Proficiency in menu development, food costing, and kitchen management.
  • Knowledge of local and sustainable sourcing practices.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean kitchen environment.
  • ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification is preferred.
