We are a local institution featuring New York-style Italian specialties looking for a very experienced Assistant General Manager to help us take our operations to another level. If you have a great guest service focus mixed with excellent kitchen abilities, we would like to meet you today!

Assistant General Manager Requirements:

  • 5+years of management experience
  • Excellent culinary knowledge and abilities
  • Catering and to-go skills and the ability to adhere to deadlines
  • A speed of service mindset and the ability to deliver consistently great products and service
  • High-level knowledge of safety/sanitation/cleanliness procedures, as well as facility upkeep
  • A strong desire to quickly and completely rectify any guest issues
  • Work well with a small and close team and hire/train as needed
  • Perform all administration duties daily/weekly/monthly
  • Strong computer and POS system knowledge
  • Excellent communication with all members of our leadership team without fail
  • East-coast/Scratch-Italian experience is HIGHLY preferred
