Our premier Assisted Living / Independent Living community is actively seeking a new Health Services Director. This clinical management position directs the personal care of our residents and is critical to inspiring and delivering excellence in all facets of a healthy and happy lifestyle! This nurse position requires a License for the State of Washington.

Director of Health Services Responsibilities:

  • Leads nursing department ensuring consistent, quality care services for all community residents
  • Oversight of resident care charting compliance, medication management, and resident safety
  • Assess the health and care needs of incoming prospective residents to appropriately assign care level

Director of Health Services Qualifications:

  • RN Nursing License preferred – or LPN with LTC experience
  • 3+ years of long-term care experience required
  • Experience leading a team of professionals and the ability to cover shifts evenings or weekends if necessary
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the community for assessments

Director of Health Services Benefits:

  • Salary of $80k-$90k base with targeted 20% bonus
  • Health, medical, PTO
