Qualifications for General Manager:
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven GM experience in a full-service establishment with alcohol service
- Proficiency in kitchen operations within a scratch kitchen environment
- Demonstrated leadership in managing venues with $1M+ revenue including bar service
- Exceptional people and culture-building skills
- Hands-on management approach
