BCBA professionals are needed for our nonprofit in Colorado Springs. Help underserved communities and make a real impact on children's lives. Apply now and receive a $2500 sign-on bonus. Relocation to Colorado Springs is required.

BCBA Responsibilities:

  • Conduct FBAs and develop and implement BIPs for children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Supervise and train registered behavior RBTs in the implementation of BIPs.
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure that children receive comprehensive and coordinated services.
  • Collect and analyze data to track progress and make necessary modifications to BIPs.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest research and best practices in ABA therapy.

BCBA Requirements:

  • Must pass required state and company background checks
  • Masters Degree in Behavior Analysis
  • Board Certified or in the process
  • Experience working in the field of ABA – 2 years preferred
  • Be able to work onsite or in the home
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
