We are searching for a Project Manager for a privately-owned custom manufacturer to coordinate project execution and control, resulting in the delivery of equipment that meets the customer’s specifications and is delivered with high-quality.

Project Manager Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project execution from inception through the installation and warranty period
  • Serve as the primary customer interface throughout to ensure the product meets customer specifications.
  • Ensure documentation is organized and electronically stored to ensure long-term product support.
  • Collaborate with the production leadership to develop timelines to ensure they coincide with the production plan
  • Communicate technical project details to the organization and customers.
  • Manage all change orders with sales to ensure final project changes

Project Manager Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Project Management preferred
  • 5-7 years experience in a technical role
  • On-site power generation experience and familiarity with industrial diesel and natural gas generators are a plus.
  • Civil or commercial construction experience a plus
  • PE Certification is a definite plus
  • Able to manage multiple projects with the proven ability to build consensus and lead change
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Gantt Chart Software. Familiarity with AutoCAD is a plus
  • Excellent administrative abilities (i.e., written and verbal communication, time management, and deadline-oriented)
