Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 3+ years of experience in a Full-service General Manager role with strong tenures
  • High Volume 5M+ experience in scratch kitchen environments
  • Strong and proven leadership qualities: friendly, coach mentality, lead by example, and upholding restaurant standards
  • Thick skin to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Proven ability to uphold standards, exceed expectations, and build relationships 

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Exceed the expectations of every guest every time – it's what we do!
  • Train, coach, and direct team
  • Build respectful relationships with every member of the team while holding them accountable
  • Take initiative and respond to all opportunities to motivate and lead the team
  • Control all costs and manage high standards of service while paying attention to details
