Growing Fast Casual brand is seeking an experienced General Manager candidate.

From our scatch recipes, to our service, our compensation & benefits, we run great restaurants that are clean and very well maintained.

General Manager Compensation and Benefits:

• Top pay in the market, up to 80K base salary

• The latest closing time is 11 pm on Fri/Sat- no crazy late hours

• Robust benefits package with M/D/V/STD/401K + match

• Three weeks of paid time off in the first year!

• Huge bonus potential based primarily on top-line sales growth

General Manager Qualifications:

• Experienced restaurant leader, current or very recent experience with drive-thru.

• Hands-on style of leadership

• Upbeat personality

• Solid communication skills and professional appearance

• Standard-driven to deliver fantastic food, value, and customer service

Note- this is a 5 day week but most shifts are generally 8a-8p or similar.
