Kitchen Manager Requirements:

  • Ability to manage $6-8M in annual revenue
  • Review monthly P&L statements and act on variances
  • Ability to successfully lead a large team & maintain brand standards
  • Teacher and coach mentality
  • Steak and seafood experience a plus
  • Scratch kitchen experience
