We are seeking a Licensed Structural Engineer to lead and manage projects in the Catskills and Hudson Valley area. Come join a top organization with great earning potential and growth potential.

Licensed Professional Engineer Responsibilities:

  • Ability to manage engineering design aspects of a project with minimal assistance or guidance
  • Work collaboratively with existing Structural Engineers, as well as Manage and mentor the team that you lead in projects
  • Ability to handle projects independently after ramp-up, including writing proposals, managing projects, clients, and contractors
  • Check engineering design calculations and details for accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to standards and Engineering Design Process
  • Manage clients – Client relations is of utmost importance
  • Work closely with owners on multiple projects

Licensed Professional Engineer Requirements

  • 4-5+ years of post License experience
  • 3- 4+ years of project management experience
  • Experience with calculations determinations, reviews, and getting projects over the finish line
  • Experience with AutoCAD 2004 and Civil 3D, additional other related technologies +
  • Structural Engineer License
  • Ability to bring in new ideas
