We are looking for a confident, ambitious, and organized team player to lead our training and development programs! We are a Luxury Hotel and High-end Restaurant group that constantly strives to improve upon ourselves, hold ourselves to high standards, and foster the professional growth of our team members. Luxury Hotel Corporate Director of Training Qualifications:

  • 3 years as Director of Training for a Hotel Group
  • Hotel and/or Restaurant Operational experience
  • Experience with creating online training programs, preferably in Paylocity
  • Knowledge of and experience with Forbes and AAA rating grades and standards
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout New Mexico 40% of the time
  • Must live in or relocate to Albuquerque / Santa Fe metropolitan area
  • Background in Human Resources preferred
  • Spanish / English bilingual highly preferred

Luxury Hotel Corporate Director of Training Responsibilities:

  • Source and schedule 3rd party training programs (CPR, ServSafe, etc.) for all properties
  • Create training programs for Forbes and AAA rating standards
  • Create training programs and tests in HRIS system (Paylocity is strongly preferred)
  • Write training and development programs for different positions in the company
  • Conduct and facilitate training at different properties throughout New Mexico. 40% travel throughout New Mexico, with some overnights, is expected
  • Work with the Human Resources director and VP on programs and initiatives
