An innovative, growing construction company in the San Jose area is looking to fill a few positions within their team. If you have a HEAVY CIVIL ENGINEERING background, please APPLY! Looking for CIVIL PROJECT MANAGERS, ESTIMATORS, AND SUPERINTENDENTS!

CIVIL PROJECT MANAGER Qualifications:

  • STRONG background in HEAVY CIVIL ENGINEERING
  • College degree in Construction Management or related study or relevant experience
  • 5-8 years of experience; 10+ for Sr. Superintendent position
  • Experience managing projects (or estimating) over $50M
  • Knowledge of grading, paving, underground, structures, highway, CalTrans

CIVIL PROJECT ENGINEER Benefits:

CIVIL PROJECT MANAGER Overview:

  • Heavy civil experience including roadway and bridge construction, grading, paving, underground utilities, concrete structures, earthwork, deep foundation, and soil stabilization. 
  • Plan, manage, and execute all aspects of complex or multiple projects
  • Lead all aspects of the company's safety culture and create awareness of our commitment to an injury-free environment
  • Provides management of subcontractors and organization of the overall job and workflow
