The full-time Kitchen Manager will oversee the commissary kitchen, leading by example to improve and implement procedures and best practices. As a leader in the kitchen, you will embody a unique mix of culinary experience, management of a diverse group of employees, financial acumen, and an unwavering commitment to the principles of hospitality.

Kitchen Manager Requirements:

  • Culinary degree or certificate from an accredited program (preferred)
  • 3-5 years experience of culinary leadership
  • High volume catering experience
  • Serve Safe Manager Certification or able to obtain upon hire
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency
  • Experience with Inventory Management software
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Must pass a drug screen and background check
