We are seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead our devoted team at our boutique hotel in the Piedmont Triad area of North Carolina. If you love planning & details and have excellent experience as a Housekeeping Manager in a hotel setting, we think you will enjoy leading and developing our competent and caring staff!

Executive Housekeeper Responsibilities:

  • Lead and direct the housekeeping staff to ensure the highest level of service
  • Manage, hire, train, schedule, and motivate a diverse group of housekeepers and attendants
  • Provide exceptional guest service and uphold brand standards by exceeding expectations
  • Ensure your team has all resources and training needed to work effectively
  • Cultivate a positive work environment

Executive Housekeeper Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of previous experience in full-service hotel housekeeping as a manager or supervisor
  • Exceptional attention to detail, safety, cleanliness and passion for hospitality
  • Effective and clear communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Contagious, friendly, and positive can-do attitude!
  • Supportive leader with a Servant Leadership mentality to take care of the staff
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
  • Open availability
