Are you a seasoned creative looking to make an impact? We're seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you'll collaborate with executives and marketing to define strategies, pitch innovative concepts, and oversee project execution. From website development to marketing material creation, your creativity will be at the forefront of our brand's success.

 

Senior Graphic Designer Compensation, Benefits, and Perks:

  • Salary range of $65,000 to $75,000

 Senior Graphic Designer Responsibilities:

  • Creative Strategy: Collaborate with executives and marketing to define strategies.
  • Lead Creative Process: Present strategic solutions meeting project objectives.
  • Idea Generation: Pitch innovative concepts and ensure timely asset delivery.
  • Website Development: Create wireframes and deliver assets for website launches.
  • Project Management: Design, produce, and manage projects with high accuracy.
  • Marketing Material Creation: Develop and execute marketing materials as briefed.
  • Photo and Video Shoot Management: Oversee all aspects of shoots and post-production.
  • Industry Research: Stay updated on design trends and competitive reviews.

Senior Graphic Designer Qualifications:

  • Education: BS/BA or Associates Degree in Graphic Design / Digital Media.
  • Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in-house or at an agency.
  • Program Expertise: Adobe XD/Figma, Photoshop, Lightroom, and InDesign.
  • Project Management Tools: Proficient in Jira, Slack, and Google Calendar.
  • Luxury Aesthetic: Understand luxury brand standards and elevate visual content.
  • Photo Editing: Experience in high-end beauty retouching using Photoshop.
  • Color Grading: Proficient in Lightroom to maintain brand aesthetic.
  • Design Portfolio: Demonstrable experience across various mediums.
