Restaurant Assistant Manager Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary Range: $40,000 to $50,000 + Bonus Potential
  • Medical and dental insurance

Restaurant Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all employee processes- recruiting, hiring, onboarding, performance management, training, coaching, and motivating
  • Focus on the employee, guest, and food safety
  • Assist GM with P&L – inventory, food ordering/costs, labor

Restaurant Assistant Manager Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED required. Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 2-4 years of Restaurant Manager experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to focus on customer service and support
  • Must have strong employee leadership experience and desire
