Assistant Director of Restaurants Job Requirements/Qualifications:
- Understands excellent service and the culture of hospitality
- Guide a team to execute a high level of service at every position consistently
- Lead by example, be proactive, positive and continue to cultivate our company culture
- Treats members and all team members with respect and professionalism
- Passionate about food, beverage, service, and hospitality
- Five (5) years, minimum, of Restaurant Experience in full-service restaurant, ideally as a General Manager
Assistant Director of Restaurtants Job Responsibilities:
- Interview and hire employees and ensure consistency
- Train the Front of House team according to standards and ensure FOH maintains standards.
- Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of all restaurants and service/storage areas.
- Liaison between the Front of the House and Back of the House
- Act as the primary contact with members in the dining room
- Develop positive relationships with members and team
Assistant Director of Restaurants Job Benefits:
- Salary range in the $65K -$70K range
- 401(k) with up to 6% match

- Paid time off. Closed Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day
- Discretionary bonus potential of $500 – $1000
