Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a positive culture of success and fun
  • Work within standardized company systems and processes
  • Control the dining room through constant support and leadership
  • Keep staff energy high with a guest forward focus
  • 2+ years in a similar role in a full-service restaurant
  • Ability to pass drug and background screenings

Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

  • Previous full-service experience (minimum 2 years) as a Restaurant Manager
  • Scratch Kitchen experience is a plus
  • Bar experience is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high energy environment
  • Work with the team to manage the day to day operations 
  • Review P&L results with General Manager and develop a plan for possible improvements.
  • Uphold company standards
  • Ensure guests receive the highest level of customer service
