PRESIDENT OF BREWERY -Greater Cleveland Area

We are searching for a dynamic President of Brewery to oversee all brewing operations and the overall expansion of our production and business from grain to glass. If you are passionate about everything beer, want to work alongside a great team, and have what it takes to play an integral role in the leadership of this people-centric company and its ultimate expansion and growth, we'd like to speak with you today!

 

PRESIDENT OF BREWERY QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5-years overseeing entire brewery production operations
  • 10 years of experience in the industry at a leadership level preferred
  • Proven track record of expansion and business growth
  • Expert-level knowledge of the brewing process w/ the ability to troubleshoot quality & production issues
  • Expert knowledge and understanding of brewery equipment, including maintenance and repair
  • Knowledge of canning line operation is a plus
  • General Hospitality/Restaurant experience a plus
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Experienced w/ 30BBL system or more

 

PRESIDENT OF BREWERY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Management of full scope of production. Large and small brewhouses.
  • Enhance awareness through Social Media outlets
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records
  • Brand and Distribution growth at a Regional level
  • Ensure a clean and sanitary work environment at all times
  • Quality control
  • Management and leadership of the entire brewery team
  • Participation in company meetings and initiatives while working alongside other company department heads
  • Ensure proper training and development of the brewing team
