We are looking for a Restaurant General Manager to lead a New Restaurant Opening. We are seeking candidates from full-service backgrounds who can execute consistently at the highest levels. Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversee guests, staff, and resolve issues in a courteous manner
  • Assist in the FOH with steps of service and the overall guest experience
  • Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation at all times
  • Effectively manage P&L to drive profits
  • Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs based on current trends
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

  • Full Service General Manager Experience of at least 2+ years
  • Experience with BOH operations is a must
  • Strong history of upward growth in a career
  • Great leadership and team development capabilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Hands-on and leads by example
  • Meticulous attention to detail and good communication
