We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as the Director of Finance. As the Director of Finance, you will play a vital role in the financial operations and strategic planning. Director of Finance Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve the goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior management to establish long-term financial plans and annual budgets.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for the executive team.
  • Monitor financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and internal controls.
  • Manage GL, warehouse, cage, soft counts, and Finance department
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost-control measures.
  • Develop the accounting department team and promote high-level customer service.

Director of Finance Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in gaming industry finance.
  • Proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in accounting principles, regulations, and financial best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in financial software and systems.
