We are looking for a Quality Control Manager who is committed to excellence to lead a team of personnel, uphold quality standards, and drive e efficiency in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Quality Control Manager Responsibilities:

  • Maintain safety and efficiency standards in a laboratory environment.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by leading all quality control operations.
  • Oversee cement quality testing and provide input using experience and expertise in the field.
  • Hire, train and support staff and personnel.
  • Calibrate lab equipment and improve processes and procedures using various analysis techniques.

Quality Control Manager Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of cement industry experience, particularly in quality control.
  • Proficiency in cement-related chemistry and testing procedures.
  • Current on ASTM specifications and regulations.
  • Strong verbal and written communicator in a team environment.
  • SAP and Microsoft Office proficient.
