An Iconic Chicago based restaurant group is seeking a polished Hogh-Volume Sous Chefs for one of its distinguished locations. We have been delivering exceptional experiences for our guests for over thirty years and have been a leader in the hospitality market, being known for great food and service. We have a variety of beautiful venues and have entered into a growth phase. Sous Chef Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years as a Sous Chef ot Executive Sous in an upscale mid to high-volume restaurant
• A polished and professional presentation
• A team builder and hands-on leader that fosters a feeling of being valued for the team
• Understanding of delivering finacial results
• A NEVER SAY NO approach to guest satisfaction
• A hands-on operator that works shoulder to shoulder with thier team
• High energy and outgoing personality
• Passion for hospitality and delivering a great experience to evey guest
• Uncompromising in standards and never looking for short-cuts
• A coach, teacher and mentor for those around you
