Restaurant General Manager Qualifications/Responsibilities:

· 1 year experience as a General Manager in a Fast Casual or casual dining setting

· Good communication ability

· High Standards!

· Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills

· Strong analytical skills

· Experience finding and building a team of employees with a people-first culture
