Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily kitchen operations to enhance profitability and guest satisfaction
  • Train and nurture kitchen staff
  • Manage P&L, food costs, and inventory
  • Cultivate strong relationships, demonstrating leadership and integrity
  • Inspire the team to meet objectives

Kitchen Manager Requirements:

  • Fluency in Spanish is essential
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in full-service restaurant management
  • Demonstrated strong leadership and communication abilities
  • ServeSafe certification
  • Flexibility in work schedule availability.
