Hotel F&B Manager Benefits:

Hotel F&B Manager Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience
  • 1+ years in a supervisory or leadership position in a hotel is preferred
  • Experience in a Seasonal hotel or restaurant is a plus
  • Experience managing a large banquet facility
  • Manage, train, and develop new team members
  • Scheduling and payroll
  • Budgeting, forecasting, and inventory control
