A progressive and growing Construction and Real Estate Developer in Philly is looking for a Contract Administrator. Working with the internal staff and outside vendors, contractors and subcontractors, this position assures that documents, payments, scheduling, and scopes of work are verified, maintained and recorded.

Contract Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Process monthly invoices, review requests for payment against contractual agreements
  • Organize and perform General Ledger entries
  • Track and maintain subs and vendors Certs of Ins and other documents
  • Coordinate sub contractor payments and Lien Releases

Contract Administrator Requirements:

  • Attention to detail, meticulous, inquisitive, and resourceful
  • Experience in a construction environment
  • Have reliable transportation, valid Drivers License, and the ability to pass background checks
  • BA Degree and familiarity in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
