A group of boutique hotels is looking for a Hotel Controller for all properties, working out of our centralized office. You will be responsible for the financial decisions throughout the properties – PnL, forecasts, budgets, auditing, compliance, and more. If you have a financial controller hotel background, with a BS Degree in Accounting, please apply today.

Multi-Unit Hotel Controller Responsibilities:

  • Manage month end closes within the 2nd week of each month for multiple hotels
  • Ensure hotel profitability by implementing and ensuring profitability strategies
  • oversee the cost accounting process and ensure all is correct
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory bodies and standards within the hospitality industry
  • Conduct monthly credit meetings

Multi-Unit Hotel Controller Qualifications:

  • 5 years plus experience in a hotel controller level or above
  • Accounting degree
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Knowledge of Sage Inacct, CTUIT, PlateIQ, Toast preferred
