We're hiring a meticulous Ground-up Commercial Construction Estimator to join us. Responsibilities include accurately estimating project costs, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring competitive estimates for clients. 

Commercial Estimator Responsibilities

– Review project plans and specifications to understand scope and material requirements.

– Conduct site evaluations and collaborate with teams to clarify project details.

– Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, and subcontractor services.

– Utilize software tools for accurate estimations and research industry standards.

– Present estimates to stakeholders, procure pricing and monitor project costs.

– Identify cost-saving measures without compromising quality.

Commercial Estimator Requirements

– Bachelor's degree in construction management preferred.

– 3+ years of experience in commercial construction estimating.

– Strong understanding of construction practices, codes, and materials.

– Proficient in interpreting drawings and using estimating software.

– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

– Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

– Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.

– Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
