We are in search of a Process Manager for our OEM Business Unit. Come help us grow!

This position is located in North Houston.

Process Engineer Benefits:

Process Engineer Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required, with at least 5 years of hands-on industry/manufacturing experience instead of a degree.
  • ·Preferred Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a College or University, preferably in a technical degree and proven record of effective managerial skills 3-5 years in industrial engineering and/or manufacturing environments,
  • 3 years of Six Sigma/Lean tools usage and project management application in a continuous improvement setting.

Process Engineer Responsibilities:

  • Assess existing processes with a focus on productivity, quality, and safety.
  • Develop and execute plans to standardize production technologies and processes across all OEM manufacturing units.
  • Manage a Continuous Improvement Program to steadily grow the number of improvements per employee across facilities Manager
  • SOP development
