Seeking a Kitchen Manager to join a great tea at this breakfast & lunch local favorite.

This is a year-round role "down the shore".

Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:

  • Work as a team with the entire restaurant staff
  • Oversee and manage all BOH staff and operations, ensuring a clean and organized back of house 
  • Reviewing staffing levels to meet service, operational, and financial objectives. 
  • Hiring, training, scheduling, payroll, evaluation of culinary team 
  • Performing administrative tasks, taking inventory of food and equipment supplies
  • Setting and monitoring performance standards for the kitchen team 
  • Always create a great guest experience
  • Assist in the development of new menu items
  • Help monitor food freshness and quality

Kitchen Manager Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years experience
  • Passion for food and cooking
  • Ability and passion for leading a team
  • Knowledge of labor and food cost principles
