Restaurant Manager – Day Shift Responsibilities/Qualifications

  • Hire, train, and develop hourlies and managers
  • Plan, organize, and communicate daily and monthly initiatives
  • Drive profitability and ensure company compliance with standards and procedures
  • Ensure guest satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation
  • Must want to work shoulder to shoulder with your team.
  • Must be a good listener that is humble, dependable, adaptable, proactive, and teachable.
  • Must be a NICE person – to employees and guests.
  • Must be able to work weekends.
