An exciting insurtech company is looking to add Account Managers to its rapidly growing organization. They are looking to hire experienced account managers (3+ years experience) to manage their own customer accounts.

ACCOUNT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Independently manage 300+ customer accounts
  • Engage with prospects and customers via multiple platforms: chat, email, video calls, and more
  • Explain value propositions, resolve customer support requests, and generate a positive customer experience
  • Work well in cross-functional teams by coordinating with our partnerships and finance teams

ACCOUNT MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in customer success, account management, sales, or another client-facing role
  • MUST HAVE an active commercial property & casualty insurance license
  • Experience in data gathering, analysis, and reporting
  • Desire to respond to customer needs with a sense of urgency

ACCOUNT MANAGER COMPENSATION:
