Trendy hotel seeks experienced Assistant Director of Finance. We're accepting applications from tenured finance managers with hospitality experience. We will only consider candidates who have 2+ years of Finance experience in the hospitality sector.

Assistant Director of Finance Responsibilities:

  • Must be willing to work in the office every day. This is not a hybrid or remote position.
  • Perform job tasks including budgeting, EOM / EOP functions, and preparing financial statements
  • Work in concert with other hotel department heads to provide seamless guest service
  • Manage the activity of the department, including accounting and auditing functions

Director of Finance Qualifications:

  • Ideal candidates will have a mix of hotel and stand-alone restaurant experience.
  • Tenured exposure to hotel environments and accounting practices – Restaurant experience REQUIRED
  • Guest-first mentality – ability to be flexible with schedule as it meets the needs of the business
  • Ready to grow! 4-year accounting degree preferred – proficient with Excel and standard restaurant/hotel software
