A prominent Detroit Hot Spot is looking to add a Banquet Chef to its team. The Banquet Chef will oversee the execution of culinary banquet event orders. They are seeking a leader who will provide support and career development to their culinary operation while achieving departmental goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong entrepreneurial spirit, be proficient in time management, and have a strong business acumen with attention to detail. Must be adaptable and able to work across all departments.

What we need:

  • 3 to 4 years in a catering role as a Banquet Chef
  • Excellent mentor, teacher, and doer

What you'll do:

  • Train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline
  • Review and properly executive BEO's
  • Efficiently communicate with all stakeholders
