Kitchen Manager Qualifications:

  • Stong tenures showing growth within an organization – looking for a professional to grow with us
  • Previous leadership experience – 3 to 5 years
  • Positive attitude, coach mentality, ready to build and lead a team

Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:

  • Willing to work the line daily – hands-on management style
  • Comfortable asking questions and being flexible
  • Come ready to support and coach the team each day
  • Create schedules, complete inventories, check in orders with the team and uphold cleanliness policies and procedures
  • Take pride in your accomplishments and instill pride in others
