We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to oversee our concessions team for all the sports venues on the property. You will support and provide assistance to the director and drive an amazing culture. This is an opportunity to join a great team with amazing culture.

Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

  • Provides supervision, coaching, and training of the unit employees, which consist of students, unions, and student managers
  • Implements and maintains all operational procedures and programs related to catering operations
  • Conducts or delegates daily pre-service, line checks, station inspections, and site visits.

Assistant Manager Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree or higher in food service or related field
    • Equivalent education/experience will substitute for Associate's Degree
  • 3+ years of progressive experience managing a similar food service operation
  • Experience in a high-volume food service establishment preferred
  • ServSafe Certification
