Restaurant General Manager needed for one of NYC's top restaurant groups. We are opening a new location for one of our upscale casual restaurants and need a General Manager to be part of the new opening team. Come join our quickly growing restaurant group and see your career soar.

General Manager Requirements:

  • High-volume restaurant experience, $10 Mil+
  • A minimum of five years experience in upper management, a keen eye for detail, and outstanding communication skills.
  • Lead the weekly management meeting and produce the weekly management meeting agenda
  • Correspond with Ownership, Executive Management, and the Chef to evaluate the financial success of the business and the quality of guest experience.
  • Direct maintenance, repairs, and works with contractors and vendors to maintain equipment, finishes, and small wares.
  • Strong financial acumen, extensive knowledge of P&L, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Hiring the right candidates and continually improving the staff is of the utmost importance
