We are a vibrant, upscale dining establishment known for its exceptional cuisine and inviting ambiance. We pride ourselves on delivering unparalleled dining experiences, and we're seeking a dedicated Front of House Manager to join our passionate team!

As the Front of House Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee all aspects of the front-of-house operations, manage the dining room staff, and uphold our high standards of service excellence.

Front of the House Manager Responsibilities:

– Supervise and lead the front-of-house team, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and bartenders.

– Ensure smooth daily operations, maintaining service quality and guest satisfaction.

– Train, coach, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding service and uphold company standards.

– Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest inquiries to optimize table turnover.

– Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient communication and timely food delivery.

– Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering front-of-house supplies.

– Handle guest feedback and resolve any service-related issues promptly and professionally.

– Uphold hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations.

Front of the House Manager Qualifications:

-Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

– Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and mentor teams.

– Exceptional customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
