We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Insurance Defense Attorney (preferably personal injury/defense or plaintiff litigation) to join our client's growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for defending clients in insurance litigation cases and providing legal advice to clients in the insurance industry and supporting supervising partner, handling written discovery, depositions, and hearings. Have strong organizational/deadline compliance skills and keen attention to detail.

Your Responsibilities & Requirements
- Defend clients in insurance litigation cases, including lawsuits and other legal proceedings
- Provide legal advice to clients in the insurance industry
- Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare legal briefs
- Attend court hearings, mediations, and other legal proceedings
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and other legal professionals
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in insurance law and regulations
- Manage a caseload with varying degrees of complexity
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Active Florida license
- 3-5 years of experience in insurance defense litigation
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
