We are seeking a Culinary Director for a local Hospitality Group opening three unique restaurant concepts this summer. This candidate must be a seasoned professional with a proven track record in high-volume operations. Bring your culinary expertise and strategic leadership skills to elevate our dining experience across multiple locations.

Culinary Director Qualifications:

  •  Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Executive Chef position with a diverse background in different levels of service
  •  Proven success in leading large, high-performing teams
  •  Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  •  Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Culinary Director Responsibilities:

  • Hire and build a team for 3 separate locations and dining experiences
  • Run daily operations in all locations and oversee performance
  • Maintain profitability for BOH operations, inventory verification, COGs, and P&L management
  • Menu development, creativity, and seasonal offerings
  • Vendor agreements, negotiations, and relationships
